  • Heathcote East Public School
  • Minerva School
  • Woronora River Public

The $157.8 million program was launched in October 2020 as a stimulus response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is replacing fluorescent lights in NSW primary and high schools with LED lights.

The installation works for the program are being tendered using the Local Trades Scheme, allowing businesses and tradespeople the opportunity to bid for the work in their local community, ensuring the benefits are felt in local communities.

The NSW Government is investing $7.9 billion over the next four years, continuing its program to deliver 215 new and upgraded schools to support communities across NSW. This is the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
